Main features:
■ Cervical examination model: the size of cervical dilatation, the degree of cervical orifice change and the positional relationship between the fetal head and the ischial spine plane.
  Stage 1: The cervical os does not dilate, the cervical canal does not disappear, and the positional relationship between the fetal head and the ischial spine is -5.
  Stage 2: The cervical orifice is dilated by 2 cm, the cervical canal disappears by 50%, and the positional relationship between the fetal head and the ischial spine plane is -4.
  Stage 3: The cervical orifice is dilated by 4 cm, the cervical canal disappears completely, and the positional relationship between the fetal head and the ischial spine plane is -3.
  Stage 4: The cervical orifice is dilated by 5 cm, the cervical canal disappears completely, and the positional relationship between the fetal head and the ischial spine plane is 0.
  Stage 5: The cervical orifice is dilated by 7cm, the cervical canal disappears completely, and the positional relationship between the fetal head and the ischial spine is +2.
  Stage 6: The cervical orifice is dilated by 10 cm, the cervical canal is completely disappeared, and the positional relationship between the fetal head and the ischial spine is +5.
■Fetal model:
  •Standard fetal skin is soft, can identify fontanelles, and can practice fetal head suction.
  • Fetal accessories: umbilical cord, placenta.
■Departure model:
  •The perineum of the model is soft and elastic, which can simulate the midwifery operation in the real state.
  • Can practice perineal care techniques.
  •The abdomen is composed of transparent abdominal wall and simulated skin, which is convenient to observe the demonstration of delivery function and the positional relationship between the fetal head and the ischial spine plane.
■Episiotomy Suture Model:
  • Model’s episiotomy opening: median incision, left incision, right incision.
  • There are three types of perineal incision suturing exercises available.
